Statistics: Russia produces more oil than Saudi Arabia in Oct
MOSCOW, Dec 22 (PRIME) -- Russia’s daily oil production amounted to 10.754 million barrels in October, outperforming Saudi Arabia’s production of 10.532 million barrels a day, the Federal State Statistics Service said in a statement on Thursday.
OPEC’s daily oil production amounted to 33.643 million barrels in October, including Iraq’s output of 4.561 million barrels.
Russia’s exports of oil and gas condensate amounted to 212.6 million tonnes in January–October, while production of oil and gas condensate grew 2.5% on the year to 455.8 million tonnes in the period. The share of oil in Russia’s combined exports amounted to 26.3%, down from 26.6% in the same period of 2015.
In October, the average actual export price for oil rose 4.6% on the month to U.S. $326.6 per tonne, and the price of Urals oil at the world market increased 8.6 % on the month to $350.4 per tonne.
